How much does ControlQore cost?

ControlQore software costs $150 per month per $1 million in annual revenue, with a $150/month minimum. Every module is included. Users are unlimited. There are no per-seat fees and no module unlocks. A $2M contractor pays $300/month. A $10M contractor pays $1,500/month. A one-time onboarding fee applies.

Pricing questions contractors ask

Will my price change if my revenue grows during the year?
Your price is set at signup based on annual revenue and locked for the contract year. Normal growth costs nothing mid-contract. Grow from $10M to $14M and you pay the $10M rate until renewal. Only exceptional growth, such as revenue doubling from $25M to $50M, prompts a mid-year conversation.
How much is the onboarding fee?
The onboarding fee depends on your setup and is quoted on the call. It is a one-time fee, separate from the monthly software price. Every module is included. Users are unlimited. There are no per-seat fees and no module unlocks.
How many users can I add?
ControlQore includes unlimited users at every revenue level, so every field employee, PM, and accountant can be on the platform. There are no per-seat fees, so adding a superintendent, a project manager, or an outside accountant does not change your monthly price. The monthly price is set by annual revenue alone.
Is bookkeeping included in the price?
Bookkeeping is a separately priced add-on, quoted on a call. The price on this page covers the ControlQore software: every module, unlimited users, and no per-seat fees. If you want our team to keep your books inside ControlQore, ask about bookkeeping when you book a call.
What does ControlQore not do?
ControlQore does not run payroll (payroll partners: eBacon and Lumberfi) or project management. ControlQore integrates with Procore project management and replaces Procore Financials. Payroll stays with your payroll provider, and project management stays in Procore or the tool you use today. The financial work between them, from bills and approvals to the general ledger, runs in ControlQore.
