ControlQore does not run payroll (payroll partners: eBacon and Lumberfi) or project management. ControlQore integrates with Procore project management and replaces Procore Financials. eBacon processes certified payroll. ControlQore uses your crews' approved hours and cost rates to calculate labor cost on every job, burden included.

A weekly payroll report that contractors on Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage projects submit, showing each worker's classification, hours, wages, and fringe benefits, with a signed statement of compliance. Each report covers one project for one week. eBacon produces the report. ControlQore does not.

Contractors bidding or working federal, state, or local public projects that carry prevailing wage requirements. If even one of your jobs requires certified payroll, the weekly reporting applies to every week you have workers on that job. That is the work eBacon is built for.

A native eBacon connection to ControlQore is on the roadmap, not yet available. Until it ships, eBacon and ControlQore work side by side: eBacon handles certified payroll, and ControlQore handles job costing, WIP reporting, and the general ledger. They do not share data yet.

Lumberfi if you want one system for field time, payroll, and HR. eBacon if your priority is certified payroll and fringe compliance on prevailing wage work. Either way, ControlQore does not process payroll, so it works next to whichever one you choose.

ControlQore software costs $150 per month per $1 million in annual revenue, with a $150/month minimum. Every module is included. Users are unlimited. There are no per-seat fees and no module unlocks. A $2M contractor pays $300/month. A $10M contractor pays $1,500/month. A one-time onboarding fee applies.
